We meet weekly for an in-depth therapeutic art coaching session to tackle any challenges or issues requiring support. Art serves as a foundational tool, aiding in removing any blocks or limiting beliefs. Often, our greatest barrier is our own mind. With a bit of assistance and artistic reconditioning, significant progress can be made. Become the best version of your creative self and overcome the barriers that hold you back. We employ scientifically validated methods. Our Therapeutic Art Practitioner, skilled in coaching and enriched by personal experience, provides a customized experience each session, supported by accredited counsellors. Our goal is to enhance your self-esteem, confidence, resilience, and creativity, or simply to offer a support system when needed. Cancellation Policy
Acceptable Behaviour Policy At Phoenix Creative Futures, we strive to create a welcoming, relaxed and supportive environment where all children can freely express their creativity, explore their artistic talents and enjoy their time. Children that are unable to meet the reasonable behaviour standards will receive a verbal warning and reminder. If the behaviour continues, parents/guardians will be notified. If the behaviour persists, the child will be asked to leave the course and will not be allowed to continue attending. In this case no refunds will be issued. Please see our full behaviour policy or contact us if you require more information on this. Thank you for your cooperation. 1. Cancellation Policy Cancellation 5 days or more before the session: If you need to cancel your booking please notify us at least 5 days in advance. Cancellations made at this time will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without any fees. Cancellations 3-4 days before the session: Cancellations made within 3-4 days of the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations less than 3 days before the session: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 3 days before the session will not be eligible for a refund due to the costs incurred in preparation for the session. However, you may reschedule with a £5 rebooking fee. 2. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notification will be charged the full session fee. No refunds will be offered for no-shows. You can however book onto a future course for an additional £20 rebooking fee. 3. Special Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate a rescheduling request on a case by case basis. 4. How to cancel or reschedule: To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us via email at phoenix.futures10@gmail.com. If it is within 2 days of your scheduled course, please phone at 07969645901. Please include your full name, session date and reason for the change. 5. Refund Process: Refunds , when applicable, will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request and will be returned via the original payment method.
